RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refunds and exchanges are allowed if the product is defective or the incorrect size. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Please be advised that we will not be responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged or defective.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact us info@ickodeleon.com. If a return is not initiated within this time frame we will not be able to accept the return.

Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until items are returned and inspected by our warehouse. All items must be returned in their original condition: Tags attached, packaging intact, and product unworn & unwashed.

Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value than the item returned.
